Extraordinary Association General Meeting – December 7th, 2020

Dear Executives International Members and Friends,

I am pleased to announce that we will hold an Extraordinary Association General Meeting (EAGM) on December 7, 2020 starting promptly at 18:00. Due to the spread of the Corona virus, the EAGM will be held via Zoom and you will receive the invitation closer to the date.

The purpose of the EAGM is to ratify the Statutes of Executives International which once approved, will be consistent with the Swiss Code of Obligations and as well, contribute further to the full transparency of our Association. Please note that the Executives International Committee has approved the new statutes unanimously. I want to thank Kelly Logan, of Logan & Partners for his invaluable legal guidance in the preparation of the Statutes.

Please find below the official notice of the Extraordinary Association General Meeting as well as the Statutes. Pursuant to a couple of proposed modifications to the Statutes we are also posting:
A. A new draft version with the modifications shown in red
B. The final version as will be published on the website once the Statutes are ratified.
In addition, you will find attached a proxy in the event that you cannot attend the meeting.

Everyone is welcome to attend the EAGM but only current and fully paid-up Full Members are allowed to vote.
Full Members are: Individual Members, one representative of each Corporate Member, and our International and Long-distance Members.
Associate Members and Friends are not permitted to vote. Associate Members are Spouses under Family Memberships and Student Members who have the complimentary Student membership.
Any Full Member (new or longstanding) whose dues are received by December 4, 2020 are entitled to vote.

If you cannot attend the EAGM, please feel free to send the attached proxy to Richard Heath, the EI Treasurer at treasurer@executives-int.ch.

The Agenda for the Extraordinary Association General Meeting is as follows:
